Brandy Krumdieck Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM), CoreAlign Instructor
Brandy is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, born and raised in the Eugene area. Brandy graduated from the University of Oregon with a BS in Sociology & Psychology in 2010, then worked at a behavioral treatment center for troubled youth for two and a half years. It was there that she experienced the therapeutic benefits of exercise. In 2012, she decided to go back to school and earn her exercise science degree, so she could help others improve their physical, mental and emotional well-being through regular movement and exercise.
She earned her ACSM CPT certification in 2013, and her AAS degree in Exercise & Movement Science in 2014 from Lane Community College. During Brandy's two years at LCC, she accrued 100+ hours of hands-on experience through on-campus and off-campus internships that involved assisted-teaching group exercise classes and training clients one-on-one. She became a certified CoreAlign Instructor in 2014, and Pilates Reformer Instructor in 2015.
In her free time, Brandy enjoys reading, sports, outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband, dog, friends and family.
