Home to Eugene's greatest mix of fitness classes... for all levels! When we created Evolve Fitness Studios, one of our primary goals was being able to provide the classes people enjoy, all in one place. With this as a driving factor, we have assembled the area's best trainers, each holding advanced training in their areas of specialty.
Classes are small by design, allowing the trainer to provide one-on-one feedback and guidance. Class Schedule Starting May 20th, we will be resuming limited in-person classes. More classes will be added back to the schedule as time and COVID-19 precautions allow. June 2020 Class Schedule |

Fitness for GolfThe Fitness for Golf group class is a one on one or small group (less than 4 participants) exercise experience focusing on the optimization of golf athleticism. In this class, you will improve strength, flexibility, balance, stability, and stamina. Our primary objective in fitness for golf is to teach you how to functionally integrate your movement, which leads to smooth and efficient athleticism and movement practices. Improving flexibility and strength are paramount to achieving our program goals. Teaching you how to access ideal athletic positions will in turn allow you to then recruit the musculature involved in those positions more effectively. For example, thoracic mobility and lateral flexion influence the body’s capability in rotational strength. If you do not have optimal mobility through your torso, you will be at greater risk of injury during rotary tasks, but more than that, you will be losing driver and iron yardage with every swing. This is an example of the dependency that performance has on position, and what this program is built upon. Unilateral exercises and mobility drills help promote your secondary objectives in balance and stability. You will use TRX, kettlebells, club bells, and tons of other equipment to improve your body control in all of golf’s positions and learn how to be a better athlete on and off the course.
